can anyone point me to some guides for whole of website translation being managed totally online? There's got to be an easy way to set up a website so that other language users can translate it for their own people all online. Currently I burn cds of html pages, send em off, get copy back on another cd and have it loaded...

edit: free online translation tools arent good enough, we use translators who convert from english to their language, its checked, then translated back again to double check before being finalised. I kinda imagine we should be able to create a copy of our website that has all the static text in boxes with a space for the translation directly under each boxed section of text - but I want something that 4-5 people from multiple language groups could work on at once.

Some fuller CMS solutions offer this feature.

You may be able to accomplish it with Joomla + A Plugin
