Ali G is a character....Sacha Baron Cohen is the genius behind Borat....is best character IMO.

i live in the UK, the ali g source. and no - once he went beyond the 2-3 min bitesize segments on the 11 o'clock show (where he started way back in 1998/99) it just got stale
plus when richard from richard and judy came in one morning dressed up like him that was pretty much the final ultimate coup de grace kiss of death

have you seen HBO season 1/2? compared to all the british stuff i've seen, the HBO borat is significantly better. i also find the HBO ali g to be on part with the british stuff, some is better, some isnt.
