PAYPAL...Anyone had problem/fraud with it on eBay?

Hello my friends.

My brother and I, have purchased like 80 items on eBay
since 3 years. Camera, head phones, cells, computers
and artifact...

My brother has received a message from PayPal stipulating
that he owned them 804$ and that one buyer returned his
item and has not received his refund.

He talked with someone at PayPal for 45mnts. They cannot do anything.

Thing is, we never sold anything on eBay, just purchased things.
They have all his information correct and his account is now closed.
He has 10 days to pay.

BTW, he didn't use the link of the message because a few days
before I warned him about the fraud thing I read in this forum.

For my part. I once purchased an artifact valued at 1200$ for 120$.
Once it got here, UPS charged me 160$ for the duty.

I don't know what to say about that.

Can't paypal look at your account's history and verify that you've never been the seller of a transaction.

He spoke with a service personnel and she kept asking him for his last 4 digits bank number. He never used his bank account to open an account with PayPal, he used a visa card.

All the info on the transaction is right, is his.

Looks like someone stealing your credit card and identity.
I don't know how they did it.
May be an employe from PayPal who has access to his account.

Here in Quebec, we had a lady working at medical security center
who stoled ID information to sell them to Hell's Angels for several years, before she got caught.

Sorry again my friend, I am not sure I understand your question.
I am the frenchie, well I think you know it by now.

All the talking was made over the phone.
Did you mean sent to my brother or sent to the buyer? Because
he never sold anything on eBay.

Also he didn't use the link, as we know now that there is some kind
of fraud going on with email messages from pretending PayPal.

Well, I have tried it. Explained what I had just did to a PayPal representative, they can't take this for an explanation.

May be, you meant I had to suck yours, then it could work?

Help me again borke please...you are my friend after all?

I am a PayPal representative, and I can tell you without question that there is nothing that can be done...unless...you send my naked pictures of you and your bike that you have downstairs.

If you do that within 1 hour, I will decline all chargers.

My bike is not in my basement but in one of my father's apartement building basement and locked in a locker wich I
don't even remember the combination of the lock...It has been
sitting there for I don't know how many years. Had a look at it
last summer, still in great shape, no rust, only dust and spider web
on it. And as for the nude part...Unless you prooved me that you are a lady...Don't think about fagot.

Good evening my friends.

It's kind of a serious problem here.
Anyone has a relative working for PayPal that you could talk about it or know what to do about it?

I am willing to send you a compensating reward for it.
A cell. graphic card or even a hub.

Thank's
Pete

Good evening my friends again.

Just forgot mentioning that even if you didn’t get
the solution to my problem but you have tried.

You will receive a compensating reward also.

Many of you are already on my list for it.

I think…Well, I know by now, that it will be more
costly to give you a compensative reward but what
the “heck” it will be some type of promotion at the
same time. Just be patient though. You won’t receive it tomorrow.
It’s not patented yet. You will receive 2 Space Chips.

Pete, force your calls through ebay and paypal. Force the issue, keep calling, ask to talk to their manager or higher ups. It might get you somewhere.

Thanks Scourge

BTW Shoudn't be a way to right click on a icon and know
what it is? Or even a slang or Murrrrrrrrrrrrr thing or even any words and have a definition/translation of it? does it exist? If not all of you in here genius should take your spamming time off and use it to build this type of software,

Do you mean this? :icon6:

That is like ' what is wrong with you?' or an accusing eye.

Good evening.

I just finally did thanks to
+JuggerNaut+ who has precised what the thuuuur stand for.
The cunt wasn't different from any other words. Should have
the link showing in blue or other color or underlined, I might have clicked
on it.
