Is forum's PM borked or what?

I tried to send a PM last night, but after I clicked the submit button, it only got put in the outbox. As I write this, it's still in the outbox. So what's the deal?

That means the person hasn't read it yet. They always go to the outbox until read. Then it moves to the sent box.
