Can someone remove the little piece of food from the corner of her mouth? My wife would like to print these for thank you cards for the lil one's 1st birthday party and that little speck is ruining the picture.

I do have the original full color (crappy color) pic as well.

I opened it in PS and it had a lot more contrast than in the browser. I think the color profile was fubar, so I resaved it. It's a bit darker

Color management is one of those little nitpicky things that drive me bonkers... Especially when you create an image in PS that looks one way and then looks completely different in the browser when you view it on the same monitor.

Nice. Thanks. Yeah, the colors are all messed up. I think my wife shot it in the kitchen, which has florescent lights, but there's daylight and incandent around as well. Probably confused the camera. The color version, while still cute, looks pretty bad.

If you want it in color, one of us might be able to clean it up. The adoble lightroom beta i've been playing with does a great job correcting color. What typically seems to happen is that images with a munged color profile look washed, which is what happened here. All the data is there, it's just that the computer doesn't know how to render it properly.

:olo: There have been times when we've wondered what kind of little monster we created.

If someone really wants to try, here's the color version:
