whether or not i get this version of google, or regular google seems to be random, after taking that screenshot i hit F5 and it went back to normal. It's no IP based because my housemate's never seen it before.

notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
make sure nothings taking over google.

Google and other companies make unknown changes and technology slips to see how people react to it. Its a new business model it seems many, including MS themselves, are using these days.
So basicly you got lucky enough to see whats in the works and stuff. Its actualy kinda old news at this point. But cool to find anyway i would think.
