Getting recursive error

I am getting this error "recursive error after: User Interface is version 3, expected 4 "

Make sure the latest point release (version 1.32) has been installed correctly. You could try reinstalling the point release.
If that doesn't help, delete all the pak*.pk3 files (except for pak0.pk3, so the files to be deleted would be pak1.pk3, pak2.pk3, pak3.pk3 etc... up to pak7.pk3 or pak8.pk3 I think) from the baseq3 directory inside your Quake 3 installation directory and reinstall the 1.32 point release again.
