Double order of spicy orange chicken and a double order of chow mein. yummy.

Living close to a panda express is going to kill me, especially on nights like this when the wife is gone.

But for some reason, even though there's a fortune cookie, I don't think this is really authentic chinese food....hmmm.

Do Asians really eat a lot of fortune cookies, or is that an outdated stereotype?

Sushi shouldn't really be a meal. It's more like chocolates and such.

Breakfast - scrambled egg whites with 1 regular egg mixed in, served with dry whole-wheat toast and OJ.

10am - meal replacement shake

noon - grilled chicken salad

3pm - meal replacement shake

6pm - filet mignon with broccoli

9pm - pasta with steak with a whey-isolate protien drink

I usually follow this meal routine while switching up the meals but keeping the meal replacement shakes.

I remember the good old days of sticking to a nice diet like that. Never quite that low-fat, but absolutely no fried food, very few processed carbs, etc., etc...

Yeah, I'm cutting right now to see where I end up weight-wise with the body fat % I want and then I'll determine how much more I want to gain. I think when I'm done, I'll need to gain another 10 lbs in muscle.

Whatever percent it takes to show my full 6-pack. I had gained a little extra body fat when I was gaining.

I just can't get back into the discipline required for that kind of diet. I'm training pretty hard right now, but admittedly eating like crap. The only saving grace of my diet is that it is providing enough calories and protein to gain strength and weight. I'm going to switch over to a hardcore cardio/circuit training workout again here in the next couple weeks to really start burning calories.
