When will Cheney be indicted?

It almost seems inevitable that he will be, now. Will he have time to resign first?

The rumor mill is already suggesting he may resign after the 2006 elections anyway. It would be wonderful if he was forced to resign just before the elections, but I don't think that is going to happen.
