Must have something to do with blood pressure, I just started working out today after a month of studying, so that's probably the reason.
I have a doctor's appointment about my blood pressure next week anyway.

Probably blood pressure like you mentioned. I get that every now and then where I can hear my blood flowing. It's kind of eerie heh. I don't really like it but I try to ignore it.
