Beat off when you wake up. Beat off before you do to sleep.

God damn robot.
Anyway Memph... I wouldn't worry about it too much. Like you said yourself, you aren't too interested in making any more good friends. And I figure one of the attributes of a good friend is that they put up with bouts of shit now and then, or at least have the capacity to understand it so that they don't get the wrong message from it. I'm much the same way you are, and none of my friends get on my case about it cuz they've fucken learned that bitching at me and asking me about it doesn't do anything, it just makes me even more pissed off. So if I'm pissy, just go with the flow and deal with it and if you don't like it, fuck off, right? haha

If you're happy with the way you do things, enjoy. It's no one's business but your own.
I think people forget that they get one turn through....no do overs. So live your life as you see fit.
What it seems like to me though is, you tried to be helpful for a friend, talk with them and they blew-up at you. It turned into an argument. Pissed them off and pissed you off.
Rule of thumb for me is, I never offer advice when someone is in pain. It's like a hurt dog. You try to help and it bites you. Not the dog's fault, not the person's fault. Most of the time, the person doesn't want you to say anything, just listen.

More and more I prefer my own company. To me, most people are a pain in the ass I'm just not willing to spend the time on. People will twist you in knots if you let them....everyone has a story and to them, it's the most important story in the world, lol.

After two weeks your brain will thank you

Your mood will be great and hardly anything will upset you.
And yet these have absolutely no effect on mood altering :icon27:

My mistake. I looked at acetyl L carnitine and saw a few reviews where it improved a person's mood.

I'm going to advice you stop smoking the weed, or at least limit yourself to maybe one night a week. Most people don't realize it, but that stuff has an enormous impact on your feelings. I recognize stuff in your post.

its an arse that some people need time alone to recharge - others don't - people that dont never understand why the people that do want to be alone sometimes
its all abaout balance - but its always really bastard hard to find the right balance
people are people and we should all chill the fuck out and live and let live ..
having said all of that - I'm an enormous hypocrite as even thouigh I know I need time alone a lot I often ignore this then subsequently fuck people off as I'm being a withdrawn and moody cunt (plus I have an enormous mouth and if I'm being moody often forget to engage my brain before I shoot it off) ..
it doesnt get easier and ironically even though getting along with others gets easier the more you're comfortable in your own skin - it will never go away (he says from the lofty hieghts of 33 years old O_o) -
sorry to say but your real friends will appreciate the qualityies in you that leads them to being your friends - try not to fret about friction tbh m8 - it will prolly end up juist water under the bridge etc
