Alright I'm having some troubles with my computer, when ever I want to turn it off I hit start and then turn off computer. It doesn't do anything and it just shows the timer icon and I can't do anything but bring up the task manager and hit shutdown, I've done that twice and it would hang at the windows is shutting down screen. 2 times I booted it up and it made this WUUUUR sound (I think it's the harddrive making the sound). Wtf is wrong with my pos computer?
