UKers on Tiscali?

I'm thinking of switching to Tiscali from Zen to save a pile of cash and more bandwidth, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and are they still with them?
For example do they whinge at you if you download quite a lot in a month in spite of it being an uncapped service?Any problems at all using the usual Bit Torrent sites?
