Excel question...

If i want to make a Cell say something if another was blank how would i do it?
for instance
If cell A1 was blank how would i make cell B1 say Please enter name in A1?
I assume its an IF formula?

Man, i was actually very close to almost helping you. After some fiddling in Excel i came up with something rather similar.
Mine probably wouldn't have worked of course.
