On foot is often better. You'll find armor and health in the streets during attack sequences and probably while defending too.
There should still be a mission open, possibly some left for OG, or for Sweet?

If I remeber correctly, you have to attack and take over a couple of territories before you can proceed.

buying houses == more save points (also a safe house if youre wanted). it also counts towards the 100% completion

Got all missions complete with 94% completion. Haven't played it in a few months though.
Denise is the girl if I remember correctly. It's been said before, but just keep capturing Ballas territory until you get a phonecall (from Smoke I think) and move on with the missions. Denise is an ugly bitch, but the pimp suit and Hustler are pretty fun.
