I'm currently trying DoD:S, it's alright so far but not all that great.

I hear HL is good. I've never played any of those games though.

Don't bother with HL1 multiplayer, it sucks. Single player is good. But Half Life 2 mp is really fun, mainly because of the gravity gun. You should try it, it's only like 10$ now.

I play HL2DM every day. And som HL2DM Pro. If you liked AG, Pro is the way to go. Very fast. Pro also doubles as a match mod for HL2DM if you don't like the Pro gameplay. Just vote it off and it's to HL2DM what OSP is for Q3.

HLDM and HLDM:AG is not sucky. It's awsome. Just as good as Q3 IMO. Wanna check it out at the highest level, check this vid out: HLDM, Garpy Style. It's just two matches of GaRpY (now playing Q4 for TeK-9, and he played in the WT at the end), no editing or anything, two matches in a row. If the first gets repetitive, skip to about 20 minutes into the movie and start the second.

Well, netrex. I would enjoy HL1 DM but all the servers play this noob map called killbox which is why I stopped playing it. It is okay but you can't really enjoy because all the servers have some lame mod or map on it.

Heard there was going to be a HL1DM:Source, sounds bad ass as long as killbox noobs keep off of it.

It's supposed to be released on April 24th. Same time as Aftermath (Or HL2: Episode one if an article in an online Norwegian newspaper site is true) is released.

DOD:S is great, I've been playing it since the day it came out...I wish it was more like the original DOD in some ways, however.

HL2:DM would be more fun if more people used the gravity gun. Half the time I wanna toilet-duel with someone, I get plasma naded from afar, making me in turn resort to using guns.

What's wrong with HL2DM is the lack of balanced weapons. Combine Balls kill you no matter how much health and armor you have, and they aim after you. And they don't even touch the one shooting them.

HL2DM Pro is good, but too much alike AG, so the old AG guys won't play it cause they're done with that game.

Too bad AG2 didn't come out, cause they had new gameplay in mind.
