I think the option to hide file extensions should be disabled as well.

Considering this virus has been included in virus defs dating back to January 17, 2006 it shouldn't be an issue for most.

My networks are good. AV updates daily and all of those attachments types are blocked at the SMTP servers. I only allow images, documents, and PDFs through.
