car folks: need tuneup advice

I have to schedule my 90k tuneup, but I don't want to get raped on things I don't need.
What should I make sure gets done?
So far, the list is thus:
-Break pads
-Spark plugs
-Filters
-Oil
-General fluid check
-General maintenence check (lights, tire pressure, etc)
-Maybe alignment...
Timing belt was already changed at about 82K, so that's good. Anything else that's pressing and should absolutely be done?

oil filter would go with oil change, maybe just check the blinker fluid.

I topped off the blinker fluid when I changed the blinker filter last month... but duly noted.

Shoes,
Tranny fluid,
Diff fluid ( if RWD )

That pretty much covers it.
How long since you had the tires rotated & balanced?

If you have an inline fuel filter, I'd get that changed also.

Steering belt is one of the most important areas to cover when tuning up your car.

Oxygen sensor, timing. Distributor cap & rotor (if you have a distributor) & wires (Amidy already mentioned this).

Well it appears that he has a new car, it more than likely has a synchronous belt on it.

Thanks everyone for the advice. It sounds like I'm pretty much set to go. The brakes might cost a bit (not sure yet if I'll need rotors or just pads) but other than that it shouldn't be as pricey as I was dreading.
@R00k: I switch my winter tires on and off every year, so they don't need to be rotated. However, I did put them on myself in November, so they could do with a realignment, I think.

I test drove one of those and almost bought it.
I'm kinda glad I didn't, but every now and then I remember how that instrument panel just wraps around you like you're in a cockpit, and the two turbos kicking in when I got on the interstate.
It makes me want to drive my Acura Legend off a cliff. :icon32:

I hadn't really been considering one until I testdrove it on a whim. I thought, "I have to own this car." :icon26:
(just one turbo, btw)

I'm going to have to give some advice here. Now I'm no mechanic, however it's blatentenly obvious that no one here has any clue what a Tune Up is therefore I highly reccomend that you and anyone else that is interested in and kid of car advise what so ever go elsewhere.
Thanks.

P.S. Amidy you're such a fucking retard when it comes to cars.
EDIT: Actually when it comes to anything.

Audi TT? if you can afford one of those, why worry about things that you don't think need checked/replaced?
just let them (Audi) take care of it.

Yup, a certified Audi repair centre is the best, none of that GM crap.
