No go... are you behind any type of firewall? You'll need to forward some ports. Are you setting it up as dedicated server? Most likely it's not getting a heartbeat from the id master servers.

my firewall is off and the ports are forwarded....

it is set up as a public server

150 ping is about the best I can expect to US East. There are a rare few servers which will give me a steady 130.

I have a rock solid 68 ping, with my VPN and a few remote desktops running looks good here

as long as my computer is on it will be up. and when i get my laptop a new harddrive, I'll put it on there as well as a couple others and just leave it on.

snaps is 20, rate is 20000

should i change those?

upload is about 100-110KB/s, i don't expect many people

snaps is now 40.. i forget what that does though.
