Well, RE4 is coming to PC, complete with all the extras the PS2 version had. Fully 3d of course with mouse aiming and extra resolutions.

Not to mention that RE4 just plain looks better on the GC.

The simple fact is, Capcom got a shitload of money from sony for the extra content they cut from the cube version. Thats all.

Its all going to be the Cube version graphics with the extras of the PS2.

You haven't played RE4 unless you play it on a cube. Simple as that.

How about when capcom said something like "Sony and Capcom have reached a settlement that allows the PS2 exclusive content over the gamecube verison"?

Thes best i can do is give you the making of RE4 for PS2 DVD i have here which was a promo, and theres a guy on there talking about it. Goes on to say about how they ahd to tone down, tweak and remove a lot of stuff to get it running on the PS2 but its amazing how well it turned out. I think it turned into a big muddy mess.

when sony gets exclusive content, they are the mean company who only cares about money

when nintendo gets exclusive content, theyre the innovative ones caring only about the gamer

I think you need to take a step back and realize that you don't know a thing about anything. You make so many assumptions about things and then present them as "fact".

Yes, resident evil 2 and 3.

I never felt cheated about RE4. It was there on gamecube and months later on PS2. It's not like I can play RE4 less or that the game becomes less good because it's also available on PS2. It's logical for Capcom to appeal to as wide an audience as possible with a fantastic game like this. The more people that play RE4, the better it is.

The only thing I could feel cheated about is RE5 only being announced for PS3 and XBox 360, but who knows, it might make an appearance on Revolution. That hasn't been confirmed but not denied either AFAIK.
