I saw this on slashdot today, and have been listening to them all day.

Boo... I was excited until I noticed it requires iTunes.

I was just about to start a topic about places to find science-related podcasts.

A bit surprised, yeah. Most places that allow you to download audio files don't actually require use of a particular player. The podcasts I posted, for instance, don't actually require an iPod.
It seems odd that a university would require it, when it's meant for public use.
