In my 20’s I used to have 4 eggs with 4 slices of bacon, sauté potatoes, beans and 4 toasts plus cheese. I’m not sure which is better. I weighted 30 more pounds than today at the time. I even ate club sandwiches with another 2 eggs in them almost every night.
That was my eggs period I guess, eating like 3 dozens of them every week, I don’t even eat that much now in a year.
