I just had a idea.
Online desktop.
Wouldnt it be cool if you could have a online desktop that basicly was a Terminal Service on steroids. From any computer you would go to ... oh i dont know, mydesktop.google.com lets say, which runs on any OS, linux, windows and mac since its basicly a client to server interaction, and from this you could access anything you want. Coupled with recent broadband intcreased, with the proper compression algorythmes you could potentialy play your favorite games and use all your apps like office and such, seemlessly through this client to the remote PC.
A company using this technology could essentialy wipe the OS wars by making the name of a OS and the brand of the hardware a moot point at all.
Was just a interesting thought i wanted to share.
