C'mon now geoff. When a non drummer calls out a drummer who posts a video of one of the foremost technical drummers in the world, revered by other great drummers around the world, he really needs to come up with a convincing reason to backup the claim of non impressive. The only thing I don't like about this guys playing is lack of musicality. Other than that, can't fault him technically.

I think what you're looking for here is that it's unimpressive to Geoof because he is not a drummer.

So you played the drums for years, and you don't think that's impressive?

Moron alert?

What I'm really looking for here is geoffs reason for implying that the drummer on the video is not impressive. Of course, we all know he's just trolling, nevertheless a good troll would have a good argument to back himself up. Unfortunately for geoff, nothing he could say in this particular case would make any sense.

Yeah Mangini's damn good. Personally however, I prefer Flo Mounier's (Cryptopsy) style of play.

Edit: Here's an excerpt of one of his solos, not his best, but still good.

Heh, the topdown view at the end looks like the film got sped up.
That ozone crash, (cymbal with the holes ) is awesome, very trashy. His style is not my cup of tea but ye he's good.
