There are calls for reports into "poor road conditions" which may have led to the death of four cyclists when a car skidded and spun into them.

I have pictures somewhere of the snow in Colorado deep enough that you wouldn't be able to see those cars. You can barely see the top of our '72 Ford station wagon. I'll see if I can dig them up later.

It just snowed a ton here the other day. I took some pics -- I'll upload them when I get home.

As an aside, I saw three different people biking yesterday. I also saw all three of them wipe out on the icy roads. Fahhh-neee...

you know, it might be a modern tool yet to be invented where you live, but we have these cars with plows that can shuve snow to the sides. you can even buy handheld ones aswell.

of course, one wouldn't be able to cycle until these manifests of modern science pops on the road.

It is, isn't it? :)
It's the Weisman Art Museum.
Designed by Frank Gehry, of course.

I wish it wasn't such a dull, dreary, day when I snapped the picture... At night it looks marvelous.

Yesterday it was 50F, and not a bit of snow on the ground. Mother Nature is bipolar and menopausal.

He designed the Iowa Advanced Technology Laboratories, one of those buildings that pretty much everyone in town agrees is useless

I usually agree, but I like this one because it fits its purpose of art.
