Cooking protip

Add about 1 level tablespoon of sugar to most tomato-based sauce dishes to improve the flavour.

Also works on pizza sauce and especially well with pasta.

i gues but i doent like that in the flavor, i'd jus rather simmer tomato until the natural sweetness comes out.

i dont care about sweetness tho i eat alot of tomatoes and i love the tang :drool:
