DNA testing ordered on executed man

Virginia Gov. Mark R. Warner (D) has ordered DNA testing that could prove the guilt or innocence of a man executed in 1992, marking the first time a governor has asked for genetic testing of someone already put to death.
The testing, begun last month, comes in the case of Roger Keith Coleman, a convicted killer whose proclamations of innocence -- including on the night of his execution -- sparked concern nationwide over whether the wrong man died in Virginia's electric chair.

Yes, it's a commandment but the bible also says in the old testament that murderers should be put to death.

they all die in the end anyway, main problem is they probably close the case once someone has been executed, so the guilty gets away easy.

i'd imagine that those riding the fence about the death penalty will finally have a reason to climb down.
pretty tragic to think that a guy proclaiming his innocence up until his last minutes alive was indeed telling the truth.

While its cold, his lawyers should ahve done their job..
DNA testing needs done before all this anyways.. there shouldnt be a single doubt that the person COULD be innocent before they axe him, but still, murderer, child rapsist, ect need to be dropped
