What's your favorite home made snack?

Since I am into food tonight and I fell miserable and all lonely. Most of you seem to still be partying and not here. Good for you, I hope you are having a great time. So to the few of you who are still with me and to all of you who will eventually come back…What is your simple snack, not chips or pop corn, something you can fix for a late snack as the pizzas I suggested in my other thread. I need variety.
If you don’t already have one I challenge you to discover one and share it with us later.

my roomate uses syrup, i prefer a light salting.
