aurora borealis...

Now i am off to somewhere dark and cold soon and i just wondered
if anyone is clued up on the aurora borealis? Like what times of
year its actually viewable and how frequent it is?

Interesting fact: magnetic North is moving slowly, and in the future the aurora borealis will shift to be visible in Siberia.

Could you be more precise as where you are going?
I’ve worked in the great great north of Quebec between the months of March till the end of November. Where it’s almost daylight 6 months and then 6 months dark. If you go during this time of the year, I am not sure, I wasn’t there during that period but I have seen some wonderful ones almost coming out of a Disney movie from March through April.
I’ve also saw sunsets at 2AM amazing, I have pics I will post. Also on a few occasions I saw the three suns thing, there is a term for it, someone posted it already, I don’t remember the exact word for it. It was my best experience of alls and want to return someday. Almost like walking on the moon.
Here Deception Bay where I was, if you want to locate it on a map, it's at the very end on the top of Quebec next to Sugluck Bay. Kind of two cows tits.

I've seen them 2wice. Both at around 3 am. Locally....Southern Ont. Out side of the cities... (I live in the boonies.)

Dress appropriately, get a comfortable chair that leans way back...
you wont need drugs...( no one will believe your story if you do any and include them in your story.) So if you do do any, dont include it in your retelling of how " trippy" it was.

aurora borealis= Leonides
3 Suns= Sundogs
Just so it can make us a bit smarter before we go to sleep tonight.
