Looks pretty awesome, its going to have 3d models and such. Might give me a reason to buy a nintendo ds.

It's homebrew software. It requires a passme and such to run.

There should be a readme of sorts with that app that explains how to get it working, and incidentally all other homebrew would work the same way.
