Anyone tried it on xbox 360 yet?
IGN had a preview about it a few months back saying it would be released for pc aswell.. but i havent heard or seen anything about it since that article.

Some reviewers says its the scariest game they have ever played..if thats true i need to buy a xbox 360.

I ordered it from gamefly, and it's in the mail right now on it's way. I should have it by tomorrow.

Game aside the 360 is a pretty nice system anyways. It was worth picking one up for me. Still playing Perfect Dark Zero online alot even though I've been done with the single player for a while. I end up playing a lot of the XboxLive arcade games too.

I ended up with a core, but that's ok with me because I like my controller wired so I can use it with my computer also. I'll be getting a hard drive later.

they say its great, but way too short and no lasting appeal whatsoever

Its REALLY short, but fantastic. Shame its not at 60FPS all the way, but damn its good.

It does take like 10 hours to do it, but i went back and got all the birds, tapes and metal pieces.

Would it actually be worth it to buy one from japan shipping-wise?

so much for MS's "locked @ 60fps"-requirement, huh

Well I played it all the way through and I though it was a really good game. It is a little short though. Took me 6 hours and 53 minutes. The graphics are like F.E.A.R. but with more mood. Sometimes the graphics do slow a tad, but it's no show stopper when it does. It's the lighting is where it really shines (no pun intedned). So much of the game looks like it's a pre-rendered CG movie that you forget you are still in control.

As for the scariest game I'm not sure. That's still up in the air for me, but I can say this game did have it's moments that you wished you had eyes in the back of your head, and it did make me shout out a couple of times with profanity. Really base fears they work off of in this one. No kid should ever be exposed to this game either, unless you really want them to have nightmares.

its not boo scares is it?
cause reviewers tend to confuse *shock* with *scared*

7 hours..damn, thats a short game(shorter than hl2), does it have any replayability?
I'm still hoping for a pc release..dont wanna buy a x360 just for this game.
btw, which is the scariest game according to you poo? just so i can compare, to me its silent hill.

i thought doom3 was the scariest game? ;)

I'm not sure what game is the scariest to me. I never really get to screwed up over a game (or movies for that matter). Only thing that comes to mind though is Aliens vs Predator 2 playing as the marine. I remember a pipe breaking and falling out of the wall, and I shot the shit out of it thinking for sure it was an alien. But really come to think of it, if I was to compair the two games now, avp2 would be laughable.

I know a few girls though that would say this Condemned game is the scariest of all the games they have seen me play. Women seem to be more open to games and movies than me emotionally. Also my friend came over to see the new games, but he brought his kids. Only took a couple of minutes for his kids to get upset, and I had to turn it off. I'd say that If I was a kid again and was easy to upset, Condemned would have to be the one on the top of my list.

No it's more anticipation. It does have a couple of boo moments but not to many. At some points you can see what is coming after you, but you don't want it anywhere near you.
