(Q4) All Weapons and Set Armor

I'm making a simple 'mid-air' map (fall from the sky and try and land midair rockets) for quake 4. The map design and geometry is complete, but I'm wondering if it's possible in the q4editor to force players to spawn with all weapons and 200/200 health and armor?
And also a little side question, I understand you can set initial spawns with the q4e, but how:) thanks for any help

but it looks like they havnt been able to find a definite answer that works consistently;\

in q3 there was a target_give entity you could point at what you wanted the player to spawn in with. is there an equivalent in q4?
