How are they made? Where are they stored? Who can valid or refuse one?
Is Doomer the only icons guru or there are more?…

Figure out what kind of picture you want for an icon. Post it here, and some kind soul may turn it into an icon for you.
Then you just post it in the icons thread and wait for it.

Some people will do it for you. It's easier than trying to learn it yourself pete.

Thanks my friends. Survivor, you already did mine remember? I posted it in the icons thread of Doomer as MQ advised me to do but it’s been like two weeks now and I was just wondering if they were ( icons ) a big task to integrate them in the forum once they have received our request.
