My girlfriend is trying to think of this movie she watched when she was young, all she can remember is that two teenage(ish) people ended up going inside some video game.


anyone have any ideas?

there was more then one movie like that,

it wasnt tron. and much older than spykids.
we are talking like 15-20 years ago that she saw it.

shes in the shower right now, she asked me ask you guys and gave me that, ill ask if she remembers anymore when shes done.

but any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

i faitly remember a 80's movie where two friends zapped themselfs into a game, and then came out with one of the girls of the movie..

but the name i do not know.

that sounds pretty close to what she said Amidy... hmm.

Hummm, so that would make two of us trying to remember the movie...

its two guys that where coding a kind of VR game, and they zapped them selfs into it, and they where not able to get out.

with the Help of the Game Chick, they got out.. but so did she. so the rest of the movie was them trying to cover it up, and basically hiding her.

holy shit, i know the film, i think, but not the name. bastard, thats gonna chaffe now.

im not 100% sure this is the movie she was on about, so if anyone else has any ideas. that would be awesome.

they do create a computer chick though who can do all kinds of magic stuff

That's what I was thinking, but only Alex goes into the game world, not Maggie.... But she does go at the end, so maybe....

He didn't really go into the game work though...or did he?

Well, it turns out that the game is an audition for a real life war and he did so well that the Star League recruited him to fight in the war....
