I'm going through my DVDs and I ran into a small problem. Which first words are ignored? For example, I would file The Cooler under C rather than T. Should I file A Clockwork Orange under C or A?

Yeah just ignore A and The.

Just choose the way you remember your movies and do it that way. Real life doesn't need spellcheck.

if you're using a software cataloger, just do it the same way it does, which does what clownboi suggested.

dvd profiler is pretty sweet. I just wish it had a way to import titles from a text file. It's going to take a while to add these one-by-one.

i just like to keep a database of my dvd's. you can apply your own ratings, keep track of loans (rare), and include any comments about a particular film. mostly nerdy.

so it doesn't come with a robot that finds the disk and loads it into the player then fixes you a drink and a snack?

that's disappointing

The only right way is the way that makes sense to you - if you were looking for that DVD would you look under C or T? Your answer is your answer...doofus!
