Wow, not only were those kids some talented gymnastis, but Russia looks like a shit hole. They certainly have no shortage of abandoned buildings.

Most of small russian towns look like that, not Moscow though.

ok, i just watched it again, someone sign that kid up in the grey pants for the prince of persia flick. daaaammmn.

Some of those drops he takes are like 20 ft. high, I dont know how his feet and knees take the impact. Doesn't that hurt?

there is training on how to absorb the blow... usually that is why they roll after the hit, to transfer the energy forwards rather then take it.

there was a british Parkour documentary called Jump London, is that what you're thinking of?

also some people call the sport of Parkour "Free Running" rather than "Parkour"

there are two well-known names in Parkour, founder David Belle (starred in Luc Besson's recent film Banlieu 13) and expert traceur Sebastien Foucan

sadly nothing comes up on google video for a Foucan search, but if you manage to find any Foucan videos on the internets (and you find Parkour to be at all interesting), I suggest you check them out

as far as falling goes, as long as you hold your ankles together (so they don't break outright) and you roll the fall out (rather than just thud your impact momentum vertically into the ground) you can take falls from greater heights than you might think
