never been a fan of that kind of chili, prefer the depth charge effect. where you make something that tastes warm, wholesome and hearty and it's not until you're about to wolf down a second mouthful that you realise all the skin has been stripped from the back of your throat.neh wrote:if you can enter the kitchen without your eyes watering .. its not hot enough yet

I boil some rice ( any rice really but I am partial to basmati) and then I pour a tin of tescos' chilli con carne into a microwave container and heat for 2 and half minutes. Always tastes great. :icon26:
lol, ever tried chilli fingering (even accidently)?

I like mine hot, but some friends and famliy don't, so I have to compromise. I add jalepenos and hot sauce to mine in the bowl.
Once I got habenero oil on my fingers. I washed my hands three times to get it off, but it didn't make a difference. When I took a piss later that night, I put myself in agony for hours. Ouchsaturn wrote:lol, ever tried chilli fingering (even accidently)?
I like it with some spice but not much. I finally found out that cutting the amount of crushed red pepper got it to just the right taste for me.Fender wrote:Post it!
