That is now his
second best appearance ever. Because I saw him last night on the "Earth to America" show with all the comedians. He was at a roundtable with some lawmakers and was giving them hell.
Triumph: "Well sirs, what about funding for [insert earth-saving technology here]? Would that be a possibility in the near future?"
Prickiticians: "Ah, well, funding is tight right now, etc. etc. etc., I don't think we really have the money, etc. etc. etc., We really don't have any plans to do that...."
Triumph: "What if Halliburton gets to do all the work?"

lawl, there was a dvd release of this skit, and it had some extra footage (like 1-2 mins worth)... I think I posted it a long time ago =o
