World Reflect Models have been fuxored a few patches ago..
Basicly, delete world models.. rofl.. and skins are pretty much fucked unless you recompile..

Have you tried validating your files? No idea if it will work though, but it helps from time to time with errors and bugs in HL2 and HL2DM. At school, so I don't have the link available. I'll see if I can find it though.
