Do you want rotating anon HTTP proxies, or someway to get non http traffic out through your work's firewall?

I want one of these two so I can register on a forum I was banned from. I want to be able to access the site through proxy so they don't know it's me.

firefox + proxyswitcher + high anonymous proxy list + proxyjudge = forum fun
