If you can't do it in your BIOS then you most likely can't do it. Is it a prefav computer? like Dell, HP, Gateway.

Is there not a way I can somehow update the bios or possibly get a new bios with more options? I can't even change AGP Aperature size!

Just overclocked my 2.8ghz northwood to 3.2 ghz using clockgen.... Quake4 runs so much better now, my x850 pro finally has room to breathe. Without clockgen i would have been out of luck with my bios being so crappy.

Stable? Run a Q4 demo looped for 12 hours and we'll talk. Check for artifacts periodically.

Just ran Prime 95 for 5hours and no errors.... Ran the ATI tool at the same time for 5hours and no artifacts. Its stable and I'm loving my ole Northwood.

5 hours really isn't that long. If you want to consider that a stable OC, I would recommend Prime95 for around 10 hrs. Some people even run it for 24 hrs before they consider it stable.

I would run it longer too, 10-12 hours sounds about right. Followed by 10-12 hours of a Q4 demo looped if you're up to it.
