Any idea if this is another name change to Pallidium... err Longhorn... err Vista?
Kind of unexpected that they are wanting to charge annual subscription fees to use Windows...

live.com is basically a rebadged start.com. for a start page, it's pretty slick.
i'm thinking since google/sun microsystems have been flirting about online apps that of course microsoft would have to jump in with their .02

some people don't care to have an aggregator installed.
these ideas are actually very good if you have to use public pc's.

No it isn't a name change since Palladium is a hardware chip being worked on by many companies, Longhorn is the next MS server product (after 2003 R2), and Vista is the next MS client product after XP. :icon27:
This is an entirely different product that would be priced differently and ad-supported.
