The very first thing the host of that show says is "You used to have a normal life... then suddenly you wake up from the anaeshetic and you realize that your life will never be the same again.... how do you react to that?"
I don't know what the exact context is because they don't mention it, it starts in the middle of this conversation, but I'm guessing the woman is paralyzed or something. Either way the show obviously has quite a serious topic. Then the dude (her boyfriend?) starts talking and he keeps giggling at his funny voice. He keeps apologizing to him and to the audience too.
