Yeah, I guess that would do it. Lol. Personally I think they should do away with it altogether or reverse it so that you get a more even amount of evening time year around instead of really late summer days and really short winter days.

I don’t know were you live my friend but your post time here shows 5:44PM but it is in fact 6:44PM here in Quebec Canada. Every time I first log in here it’s always an hour behind anyway .
We all know it’s Benjamin Franklin’s fault, who in 1784 had this idea to save on ‘’energy’’ candles at the time.
Here in Quebec we change it at 2AM Sunday so it will be 1AM and so if you are in a bar you will have another hour to get you more drunk.
Depending where you live it can be a different time because we do it all at the same moment.
So in your case if it was 10:44 when here it was 6:44, you are 4 hours ahead of my place so you must change yours at 6AM tomorrow and then it it will be 5AM in your place.
Someone correct me if I am wrong

No extra hour here to buy alcohol as it happens after sales go off here. But yeah it goes back an hour and you get an extra hour that night.

It's because the server that hosts this website is on a different timezome. If you want the time on posts displayed with YOUR timezone, go into your profile link and change timezone a few times until you hit the correct - / + for the hour.

from that link a safety reminder for you all
.... Many fire departments encourage people to change the battery in the smoke detector when they change their clocks because it provides for a convenient reminder. "A working smoke detector more than doubles a person's chances of surviving a home fire,"
Personally I change mine on my birthday same for all those remote controls laying around.
Never let batteries corrode as it will cost you lots of $$$ to fix.

your computer is connected to the internet and you cant figure out what way the clock goes? try checking the clock in the lower right hand corner, and compare it to your watch or summat
