The grand jury expires on Friday, so we'll see one way or the other.
I have a real issue with this though, among other things. If Powell testified that he only showed Cheney and Bush the memo about Plame's identity, then since this investigation began, Bush has known that Cheney had disseminated the information, didn't he? Just like he knew what Rove's involvment was and didn't say or do a damn thing.

It's not like anything substantive is going to happen. I'd shit a brick if Cheney were to resign.
Clinton gets impeached for lying about getting a hummer, and Bush has, among MANY other offenses, possibly been complicit in an act of fucking treason and nothing has happened.

I, myself, would pinch a cinder block if any of them faced any real consequences.
I was joking with a friend earlier this week that - if anyone was indicted - that the first thing out of the White House's gab would be the fallback of "innocent until proven guilty".
