Uhhh, Do you have Nero?

if so, go to the Folder in the Start menu, Then Select Nero InfoTool. that will tell you,

OR if you DONT have NEro, Look in the Burner's properties in whatever burning app you have ( usually its where you Select the Burner ) And it will say DL R+ DLRW+ DLR- DLRW- etc, if it has a checkmark beside it, You sir are good to go.

Not to be negative but burnable DL DVDs are quite expensive. Unless you really need the data on 1 disc, I'd stick with the 4.XGB DVDs (single layer) which are cents compared to 8.XGB (dual layer) DVDs which are dollars.

Not to mention, last time I checked, burning a DL disk took longer than 2 single layer disks. lol
