Hey...
I just checked out some shops....and I found 19" Samsung 913v lcd ( brightness 250 cd/m2, contrast 600:1, 12 ms, analog )....and it's cheapest one....what do you think is it worth of buying it for games??? :icon30:
EDIT:
And I also found 19" Hyundai B90A lcd ( brightness 300 cd/m2, contrast 700:1, 8 ms, analog ).....it's just a little bit more expensive than Samsung one.....what do you think, which one???
Thanks!!!

Go with the one which has a faster response time.
My 4ms 19" Samsung LCD should be here tomorrow. Can't wait :icon25:

imo, and i'm sure you'll agree, response times are like wattage ratings on a given amplifier; some are blown out of proportion. my 19" LCD has a 12ms response time and i've NEVER witnessed any ghosting of any sort during gaming. YMMV.

I can only suggest trying to look for reviews on the items you listed first. I would tend to favor samsung over the other one because I know they make quality displays, but who knows maybe the Hyundai is better for the $. Try to google for reviews on each. Take user reviews on websites like amazon and newegg with a grain of salt if there isn't a large number of them (online retailers tend to delete negative opinons). Trust good hardware sites opinion like hardocp, anandtech, and techreport (to name a few).
I for one am a big dell LCD fan. They make great LCDs and they offer great deals every once and awhile.

I have the 913n right in front of me now, which I think is identical to the monitor you are looking at, but without the DVI input.
My advice is get it. This monitor is totally sweet. No ghosting, good controls, looks great, has a handy quick-switch gamma control (can set movies to be v bright without messing up browsing).
I got a single dead pixel on mine after 2 days of use, but nothing after that.
So yeah.. it's a good choice.

The 930BF arrived yesterday along with Q4 :icon25: . It's a night and day difference between it and my old Samsung 17" CRT.
