Ok so i been playin this game all evening and i must say thats
its absolutly fantastic fun. Just as much as the others were.
I really dont knwo what you were all bithcing about with the
performance and stuff. I'm running at 1024 most stuff on high
on a AMD 3000+ Athlon 64 with a gig of RAM and a 6600gt and
it run perfectly. No slowdown even with 15 enemies on screen!!

Anyhoo, some screenshots:

Aye, I "got ahold" of a copy yesterday.

Its not bad, a LOT better than the demo makes you believe. They seem to of got rid of fucked up invisible walls, fixed gibbing etc etc. Plus it runs smooth as silk, compared to the demo which ran like ass.

still the first few maps ey? 15 enemies on screen?
just you wait, it gets HARDCORE. (try 50 enemies in battles that last longer than 10 minutes each)

ohg and forget Ugh-Zan as the biggest boss youve ever seen. just wait till you get to the end

(btw most likely your sound is messed up, i.e. you hardly hear explosions nor enemy sounds, only yourself, the weapons and the music - you might not even have noticed it though. to fix, cripple your directx by setting the sound hardware accel to Basic in dxdiag)

youre one of the few then.
i played the game in co-op nearly in 1 run through with the missus, and i halfway through i noticed my grenades wouldnt whistle everytime i threw them, nor did i hear the enemies wakeup sounds et al. the missus had no sounds whatsoever (apart from weapons, footsteps and music.. and the occasional kamikaze) and it was really hard for her to play.

you just had the rollerball bit right? did the fake simba talk. or did it just wave at you?
