Yeah the video is nice, but I need a cure for my insomnia. That music is really soothing and I can use a good sleep. A sleep deep enough so that I can dream again for once in a long while.

REM sleep (dreaming) is not deep sleep.

But you wont dream until you've gotten sufficient delta wave sleep. Your body needs that first, before you'll get much REM sleep.
