Hey Europeans play me at Quake 3 Arena

I suck at Quake as a few of you who've had the enjoyment of bumping into me on a server may know. I also fancy a duel or two right now because I've got fuck all else on tonight (tragic I know but I'm skint) and I fancy seeing if a few sparring sessions with some players have improved me at all.
